We can also pair this with body alignment sessions to keep your body and mind active. Further to this we can also explore your emotions, mediation, spirituality and stress management. Your plan will be based on what you need to reclaim your joy.
How will coaching change my life and mindset?
If you have ever struggled with something whether it be pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, staying disciplined, improving your confidence or instilling healthy habits, then my coaching can help you. Through questions and exercises I will try to get an idea of how you perceive and connect with your environment. From here, we will be able to create an effective and tailored plan to improve your lifestyle, mindset and happiness.
What happens during a session?
During our first sessions we will connect and I will ask you some questions. We will discuss what you want to achieve in life, what areas you are happy with and where you see yourself in the future. We will reflect on challenges and certain ideas you may have in order for you to move forward with your life and achieve your goals. All sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe space.
What happens during the first meditation consultation?
In our first session, after filling out the questionnaire, I will begin to understand how to bring awareness and structure into your life through meditation. I will hold space to discuss what is important for you so we can work on meditation techniques that will add value to your life and suit your individual needs.
How does meditating help?
There are a huge array of physical, mental and spiritual benefits that frequently meditating can bring. Meditation not only helps aid focus and concentration by getting us to bring our attention to the present over and over again but can also be amazing for improving our mental and emotional state as a whole. It can help manage stress & anxiety and even depression in some cases. On a spiritual level, mediation helps foster a deeper connection to the self, and can teach us to practice kindness towards ourselves and more to others! Mediation helps us reconnect with that quiet inner knowing that is often drowned out by the noise that our hectic day to day lives bring us.

Here at Flair Life, we will explore a range of meditative techniques that fit your lifestyle, which will aid you in becoming more self-aware, calmer and learning to appreciate the beauty of stillness.
How do I start meditating?
Anyone can start meditating, at any time or in any place that feels comfortable and safe! Close your eyes and turn your attention inwards, focusing on the rising and falling or your breathing. Scan your body and bring attention to how each area feels. Try to keep your awareness on these areas of your body and your breathing, and if your mind wanders simply acknowledge it but bring your focus back to your body.
What happens during the first consultation?
Once we have agreed on a first session date, I will provide you with an analytical questionnaire in order to get to know you and your desired outcomes better. This form can be completed online before the first booking meeting. The questionnaire is central to our first session. Having this information prior will ensure that we dive straight in and focus on the best methods to start achieving your goals. We will start your first session with a gentle opening and further information gathering based on your health questionnaire. Throughout these sessions depending on your unique needs, I can offer you structured plans for your day, time management tools, advice on relevant physical exercise and mindfulness, personalised meal plans and recommended reading offerings. If appropriate, I will run further evaluation tests.
How does the complimentary 20-minute session work?
In our initial taster consultation, you will begin to understand how to bring awareness and structure into your life. I will hold space to discuss what is important for you. It is also an opportunity for you to discuss any concerns or questions that you might have and be open about what brought you to me.
What is health coaching?
Taking a holistic approach to encompassing mind, body and soul we will work on looking at the whole picture across lifestyles, we will define what ‘healthy’ means for you. Using my experience and knowledge from IIN (Integrative Nutrition Program), I can guide you to develop healthy eating plans and a lifestyle that suits your bio-individual needs. Together, we will unravel the mystery of your thoughts, diving deep into your inner world, looking at your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours surrounding food, diet, and lifestyle. We will explore your habits, routines, cravings and desires, deciding how best to approach change.
