  • How do I start meditating?
    Anyone can start meditating, at any time or in any place that feels comfortable and safe! Close your eyes and turn your attention inwards, focusing on the rising and falling or your breathing. Scan your body and bring attention to how each area feels. Try to keep your awareness on these areas of your body and your breathing, and if your mind wanders simply acknowledge it but bring your focus back to your body.

    There are a huge array of physical, mental and spiritual benefits that frequently meditating can bring. Meditation not only helps aid focus and concentration by getting us to bring our attention to the present over and over again but can also be amazing for improving our mental and emotional state as a whole.
