Hey there, I'm Andra
If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re on the hunt for fulfilment —a quest I’m intimately familiar with. Picture this: from trying to please everyone around me to finding my own space, my story was one of an often challenging ride.
Back in the day, I thought psychology was the key to my contentment. It turns out life had a different plan. A health scare forced me to re-evaluate my lifestyle and my food, sending me on a crash course into the world of nutrition, yoga, and mindful living. It’s like I stumbled upon a treasure map leading straight to well-being.
In the midst of a not-so-satisfying job, the pandemic rolled in like a storm, shaking up my already-made decision to delve deeper into holistic well-being. Think about daily yoga sessions, studying nutrition with IIN and the Hippocrates Institute, and a return to my first love—psychology. Imagine my surprise when my number one choice, Kings College London, offered me the opportunity to enrol on a Masters Degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health.
Now, having an understanding of our human mind, I’m here for those seeking more than just a quick fix. I’ve learned that those pesky low moods might have a thing or two to do with diet, energy levels, or the notorious habit of overthinking. To find real composure, you need a trustworthy person, an expert opinion, and a safe space for making informed choices. I founded Flair Life as a space to cultivate a mindset where we will learn to use the tools we already have.
As Lao Tzu. said, “To attain knowledge, add things daily; to attain wisdom, remove things every day.” My journey is a work in progress, and I’m here to share the wisdom and discoveries that have shaped my path. If you’re up for an adventure in self-expression, setting boundaries, and finding solid ground, consider me your trusty guide.
