Breathwork is supportive for stress, anxiety, depression, fear, grief, sadness, trauma and insomnia. The techniques can help us work through and process our emotions in a healthy way. It can also aid us to build upon our self-love, and gratitude, help us gain clarity of thoughts and aid us in developing a deeper connection to the self.
